As a seasoned user experience designer, researcher and strategist with over 12 years of expertise, my journey in design began in Architecture before transitioning to a more human-centered focus. I hold an MFA in Industrial Design and an MA in Design Management from the Savannah College of Art & Design (SCAD), which provided a strong foundation in design research, strategy, and management.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to design innovative solutions across a wide range of industries, with a particular focus on higher education, large non-profit organizations, and healthcare. My approach is hands-on and holistic—I’m equally comfortable conducting user research, journey mapping, prototyping, facilitating workshops, and leading user testing as I am developing design strategies, wireframing, and designing full fidelity mockups.

My interpersonal strengths and diverse experiences have shaped me into an organizational polyglot, enabling me to communicate seamlessly with clients, users, and engineers alike.

I also consult as a product, graphic, and web designer, offering a unique blend of creativity and strategic thinking. My work with startups, coupled with my participation in pitch competitions, global service jams, hackathons, and startup workshops, has equipped me with a versatile, T-shaped skill set that thrives in both collaborative and entrepreneurial environments.
